Free App for photo edit?

I'd like to blur a photo to be able to post it some day, and also to know how combine two photos into one image file to be able to post. Does anyone have any apps that do both?

    I use Phonto for some stuff but not sure it would work for what you want.

    @sugar_pill what do you mean?

    I ended up needing several apps and will list those that helped:
    "Point blurr" let me edit family faces from my photos to post for progress
    Then an app called "Photo Editor" allowed me to combine multiple photos into a collage that is under one file so I could post side by side comparison.
    "Add Text to Photo" was the easiest way to add multiple lines of text to my photos and the most simple controls for changing text size and color.

    Just in case anyone else needs help getting their comparison shots put together :)
