Recently got back into lifting this past month, after about a month I strained my pectoralis minor. Not sure how because I thought I had warmed up properly and used proper technique. Days later the soreness became tight/painful. Maybe I overtrained. Has anyone had this, how long did it take to heal and what measures were taken? I think it's a grade II. It's been 12 days of no lifting weights with chest. Was gunna give it at least 2 weeks rest and start very low weight.

It'll be better in anywhere from a couple days to...never.-1

I tore my pec minor doing pull ups. I was warmed up. I lifted through and around it thanks to a bodybuilding competition a few months after the injury. Over two years later I still have problems from time to time.0
