On my way to get the weight off. Need 30lbs gone forever and don't want to give up. I'm still trying to figure everything out on MFP. Any tips?

I would suggest you keep an eye on not just your calories but also your macros and kind of analyze where you protein, carbs, and fats are coming from as well as if they're good fats or bad. It's very helpful to have a good balance in your macros that fits you so you can see results is what I learned. I also pre-log a lot and plan what I'll be eating already so i don't wander off if my day eating as I go.

Start small with your goals only adding one thing to change at a time. Don't just cut everything out and workout 7 days a week right off the bat or you will most likely get burnt out. Start just tracking cals then you can decide what macros and micros you track. Don't let a bad day turn into a bad week turn into a bad month turn into a bad year. Everyday is a new day.
