Back After 3 Years! (Recovery)

Good Morning All -
My name is Chris, and I'm finally back after a 3 year 'sabbatical'... I work as a Project Manager for a boutique design firm in the greater Baltimore area. I grew up in Manhattan, went to college in Florida, and lived in London for a couple years after I graduated.
In 2011, I got sober after my life had become, well, unmanageable... My drinking and drugging had taken quite a toll, and I hated the body I was in. Using the support of this site, along with CrossFit, I was able to get back in shape, and eventually became the guy in the picture.
Sadly, I never worked the emotional, just the physical. And once my life got back on track, I thought I could 'go back out'. I moved to Maryland, got a great job, and slowly let the material things in my life take control over my happiness again. It took three years, but eventually I found myself in close to the same position I was before. Still a material 'success', but an emotional and physical wreck of a person.
When I found out my partner was pregnant, I finally got the courage to ask for help, which was probably the hardest thing I have ever done. I lost both of my parents to cancer before I graduated college, and I don't want my son to lose his father too. After a few months of concentrating on getting myself back on track in my head, I'm ready to get back in shape and would love to meet some people to help keep me accountable!
Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you all soon.
Best,
Chris
