New to MFP

Good morning! I hope that everyone is having a great day today. It's a Tuesday and I've decided to start MFP. My goal is to get down to 150 lbs which means I have 100 lbs to lose. I want to make sure and do it in a healthy way and I have to make sure to watch my calorie intake, because I've been recently diagnosed with Crohn's and it kind of kills my appetite. It might seem like an upside, but it really isn't. I've lost 17 lbs before getting on MFP and I'm looking forward to getting the rest of this dang weight off and finally feeling better. I've also started doing yoga in the mornings and if there are any peeps out there that know much about yoga then I'd love some tips. In general, I'm looking for support and motivation and I'm more than willing to be supportive and motivating to others as well. ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
