Where's my mamas at?

If you're like me, you're probably a stay at home mom running around a lot and doing a bunch of stuff, and while some of the weight is falling off, your just not seeing as much progress as you like .. Am I right?

If you're like me, you probably can't find the time to workout at home & on some days you can't even seem to put in effort. Now its December, its cold outside & who likes walking/running while its freezing outside? Well, I don't!

So grab a cup of coffee☕ or two, but no more than three & then lets get ready to work on our body!

From this day forward, I'm going to make myself log into MFP & Pumpup. I'm going to make myself workout & move my body more. I'm going to make myself eat right (up to a point of course lol) & I'm going to get fit for Summer.

So, are you ready to do this?
