Muscle Fatigue

Hey guys.
Wanted to lose weight, did it in various ways. Used to weight over 10 stone, I am now round about 9 stone and a lot fitter.
Obviously I have achieved this through walking, exercising and have gotten a lot better!
But for the life of me, though i am better at the gym- albeit i did go hard even when fatter- i have a big problem with muscle fatigue.
introduced weights a couple of months back...i think i have overdone my body cos surely going hard is best? but im not sure thats the case when ur not as fat!
ive tried getting my sleep, increasing my carbs, relaxing, but the gym has totally killed my legs/shoulders/arms
this further limits my gym progress
any help advice tips on how to combat muscle fatigue if you have experienced it?
or is just taking it easy going to help?

Hi
I have been experiencing the same problem.
Any further forward for you?0 -
you'll have to be more specific about this- actually not only more specific- but more clear- the spelling and grammar is atrocious- your post is incredibly difficult to follow... but I digress.ive tried getting my sleep, increasing my carbs, relaxing, but the gym has totally killed my legs/shoulders/arms

how long have you been doing this?
are you following a routine?
are you a male/female/old/young?
9 stone is about 126 lbs- how tall are you?
is your day job very active?
It might not just be carbs- it might be total food intake- or protein intake.
You might need days of rest between your workouts - might need 1-2 weeks off.
There are many things at play here- but you have to remember- EVERYONE plateaus- this is not new. And THe reality is building muscle is hard- it takes a lot of time. Everyone see's great gains when they start- newb gains are a thing. They are real.
But at some point you stop seeing said gains- and then you have to buckle down and just work like the rest of us schucks who've been doing it for years. it's a process- it takes time.0
