Hello everyone, 31 year old female from Boston and trying to lost 15-20lbs! Gained some weight in the past few years. I've tried everything from Weight Watchers to the 21 Day Fix to take it off. While they work for a little while, I always lose interest and go back to my old habits.
I am hoping that getting back to good old fashioned calorie counting and exercise will do the trick!
