Holiday eating control

I am planning to use the J.A.B. method when confronted with delicious holiday foods. Just A Bite. I have been practicing! Someone brought in Munchkins to the office, and I JAB'ed it - so ate 1/2 munchkin instead of 4 munchkins. I don't feel like I am missing out, because I know I am "allowed" a bite, but I think of the plan ahead of time and decide to stick to the JAB method. Hope I can keep it up through the new year! (and beyond!)
