Starting over... Again

Three years ago I finally overcame unhealthy behavior, I starved myself and lost so much weight. I felt beautiful but knew it wasn't right. I gained weight, got to 135, which was alright I wasn't going to lose my mind over that.
Now however I have been on the depo shot for a year and I'm at 166 pounds. Highest weight of my life and my doctor says I won't lose any weight until I get off the shot, mid January. I'm miserable, I hate how I look, I feel like no matter how much I diet or exercise nothing changes. Hopefully after this shot gets out of my body I can make the change quickly
