Motivation desperately needed

So, its been a crazy time lately. Last year after getting sick and diagnosed with GERD I was able to lose 55lbs, I ate healthy and was walking a lot.
Well in the last 9 months or so between switching jobs twice, going back to an old job, moving cities etc I've gained back 10lbs and I'm finding it difficult to get my cravings back under control.

In the last week I have cut out 95% of sweets and have dropped a couple lbs from that but the cravings are soo bad!!

I know I can do this, I don't have a huge support system as far as friends/family and I need help, I need people that can encourage me when I am down.

Are there any folks on here that would like to be friends on here, stay connected, accountable etc?

Any advice? I'm open to opinions, advice etc!! I just need to get this under control.

    Hello and I have a thing for sweets as well! You can still enjoy sweets just in small amounts! I will send you a request. You can do this!

    So true kittyinboots! Fitness pal is great because people are so supportive and help you keep motivated. We can do this! Nothing is to hard we just have to get our mindset right!!!
