How to track combo workouts? Help.

Hi! I am new to MFP and tracking my exercise. I do calisthenics-based (CrossFit-style) workouts that are both cardio and strength. Would anyone have any advice on the best way to track that since MFP only gives either cardio or strength option? And 2) do fitness trackers (Fitbit for ex.) automatically track that?

add exercise-cardio-Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups) vigorous effort- log in time.0
