leg press and lat pull. Everything else I like is using my own body weight including TRX, it's definitely my fave!0

Squats I know people say they hate leg day but I love it0

Leg press by far! I love seeing 450+ pounds move under my power--something I can't do with my upper body!0

It changes day to day. Sometimes it's the treadmill, sometimes it's the bench press, sometimes I'm super lazy and it's stretching0

My favorite gym exercise is the elliptical because I don't have one at home and don't do it often so it's fun. I do all my lifting at home (for now anyway) since I have a whole set of weights.0

I'm a weak little girl and can't do a real pullup yet (at least not properly) but I love the assisted machine for it. Makes me feel tough to get through 3x10 even though I'm not strong enough to really do it.
Mostly I just like to run, though.0 -
I have a home gym and only go to the regular gym once a week. I would say that the exercises I like best at the regular gym are hyperextensions and chin ups/chin up negatives. I do back raises off a bench at home but being able to use the actual hyperextension thing (not sure if it's considered a machine since there are no moving parts) is nice. My chin up bar at home is a pipe threaded through two ratchet straps hanging from the ceiling in the basement. The pipe tends to roll a bit when I hang from it so having a bar that doesn't roll makes doing chin ups/negatives nicer at the gym.0

Cleans, front squats, deadlifts and box jumps. And maybe because I've put on weight, I can't do as many pullups as I used to. I pr'd at 6 but now I'm down to 3 strict pullups from dead hang. And I haven't done chinups in a while but they are my love.0
