Here I am again!

I'm trying this again it's hard to get motivated. I've gained 12lbs I'm 5"1 and weigh 169.8 I'm hope less....

    Try a motivation journal: every morning when I wake up I write down a reason I want this...It is every morning but I've not run out because there are so many reasons from specific to health to silly things like "I want to shop in X shop" to the really emotive stuff like "because of how I want to feel standing next to *person I use to feel I wasn't good enough for*"
