I'm 27 years old I'm extremely over weight and hoping this will help! Looking for some friends on here to help me keep motivated..

    Welcome to MFP! This has helped me lose 110 lbs. I wish I had started when I was 27...my knees might be in better shape. Feel free to add me for support.
