I started the myfitnesspal regimen 15 days ago. I weighed 197. I want to lose 25 pounds. So I began counting calories, measuring portions, and exercising. No bread, rice, pizza, pretzels,savory snacks, alcohol. Lots of water throughout the day, Poland Spring, Dasani sparkling. Fresh fruit. My snack at night has been an Atkins trail bar..(170 calories)....rice cakes with humus, baby carrots, apple slices. I am happy to say that today I weigh 189lbs. I feel good and look good.
