What do you like to take to a holiday pot luck (specifically, an office potluck). Tried and true or something new. Appetizers, desserts, main course...All ideas welcome!

    I love these for the holidays, you could even use a spinach wrap to make them more festive. They always go quick!

    I tried and tried to convince my sister to bring broccoli salad or "weird" salad to a pot luck and she would not do it. Someone else brought one and it was the hit of the party. Here is a recipe, I use all broccoli.

    Addictive Broccoli Salad
    8 servings

    2 bunches broccoli; cut flowerettes into bite-sized pieces; discard stems
    1 head cauliflower, flowerettes prepared as broccoli
    1/2 med red onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1/2 cup pine nuts OR sunflower seeds
    1.5 oz Hormel bacon bits (use half of a 3 oz jar)
    1 cup fat free mayonnaise
    2 T. vinegar (I used champagne vinegar)
    1/4 c. Splenda

    Instructions

    Mix vegetables, raisins, nuts/seeds and bacon bits. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and Splenda in seperate bowl; toss to coat.
    184 cal/5.5 fat/8 fiber
