Chicken curry

I made a wonderful chicken curry, very spicy, and instead of rice used cooked chopped spinach seasoned with the curry sauce.
It was spicy enough so I could only eat small bites, and since it took longer to finish it seemed like it was more satisfying.
I can't eat stuff that is Thai hot, but love mild to moderately spiced foods.

    Sounds great! I grow Swiss chard and like it in curries. I do have rice, but limit it to 50-75 grams cooked.
