Weight lose guidence

Hey, let me just talk a little about myself..
My names Kirsty, 23 years old, currently working full time and have a daughter who's 5, go up and down with my weight pretty much and want to get back down to my healthiest ☺ want to try loose a 1stone it's not a massive amount but I think it will help more with my confidence. If anyone has any tips on what to suggest to eat exercise tips so on, around a busy mum schedule it would be so much help!
