Having truble on what exercise introduce, im a starter

Walking is good to get started, as has been mentioned, otherwise think of what you would like to do and will continue to do long term.
Some people like to work out in the privacy of their home. They can follow DVDs that they have bought or videos on you tube and do cardio or strength training. Others like to set up a whole gym at home. You can do cardio on a machine, or follow a good weight lifting programme.
There is also going to the gym, with a personal trainer, or just hitting the cardio and weights independently.
Swimming and aqua fit are good options if you have a pool available.
Classes can be good if you are starting out and need some guidance, they are also more social.
Have a look at what is available in your area, then just try something that appeals, or look through programmes available on YouTube.
Take up a sport or cycling. The whole world is just waiting for you.

I started off just walking to get my energy and endurance up and now I can moderate pace walk about 3 miles or more in 42 min! I recently invested in an elliptical from Wal-Mart to use at home b/c I live where we get snow and cold so I can't walk outside this time of year now. But walking is awesome exercise! Just start slow...get your energy up....keep at it especially in the beginning even if only 2 days a week to start and you WILL see results!0

Thank you guys! I started walking at least a mile this week! I might have to join a gym, where I live soon will snow, and I dont want to stop and get discourage! My final goal is jog again! have a long way to go!0
