Hi, I have just joined and would welcome any hints and tips
I am using my lap top as not sure if I need to download something to get it on my phone??? Me and technology are not friends!!!

You can download the app on your phone. I prefer the app. Once you start inputting your food that you eat a lot like type of breads, eggs and such. Get a food scale and weigh all solid food and measure all liquids. Start slow don't change Everything you do at once.0
