I tend to over eat at dinner...

I am trying to stick to 1200 calories a day, and I do great up until dinner. Dinner time is when I tend to over eat and want something sweet. Are there any helpful tips for better portion sizes while still feeling satisfied after dinner? What do you guys do when you are craving something sweet?

I have a treat of Callipo mini ice blocks. The lemon ones are 54 calories. Yes they have sugar but if I know I have done well during the day I am fine.
I eat 100 grams of meat but load up on veg and I use the steam bags of veg. They work out to $1 a bag. Throw it with some chicken and it's healthy and you can have the treat.0 -
Thank you! I will have to try that!0

Re-evaluate whether 1200 kcal is enough for you. At 19 years old you can likely eat more than that and still lose weight.0
