Hi all!

My name's Aimee and I'm new to the forums but not new to MFP. I'm back to a healthy eating and exercise regimen after a 6 month hiatus. My goals are to lose 10 pounds, tone up, and get myself healthy so I don't have as many health issues (migraines, inflammation, and back issues).

A little about me: I'm 37 and 5 feet tall. I track everything. I do weekly food prep. I just started incorporating cardio back into my routine and plan to add yoga and strength training. I don't cut anything out of my diet, I just limit the serving size or frequency. I like to cook. I have a sweet tooth. I love wine.

I'm looking for friends for motivation and support since I tend to veer off track when life happens (story of my life) so feel free to add me.

    Thanks! If I made my own wine, that'd be a recipe for disaster. Pun intended, lol. I'm good at limiting things but I'd 'have to drink these bottles' so I can use the empties for the next batch.
