My name is Nikki. I am a yo-yo dieter. I start a healthy life style, loose several pounds and then give up. The life style changes I need to make are very important to me. I want to live. I need to limit Fat intake, eat good white meat or nice lean cuts of red meat. I am prediabetic so carbs are a big deal too. Less carbs, more proteins. Grains! Good fats and I would like to have some friends with similar goals as me. My main goals are: Healthier diet, be more active, be good to my body and hopefully lose 90+ lbs along the way.
