Add me please! I'm very lost and need advice haha

I'm a vegan so any ideas on vegan protein sources you've heard of or use are greatly appreciated

    Explore Asia has bean based pastas with 25 grams of protein per serving. Raw Fit from Garden of Life is a high protein shake. Beyond Meat has tasty meat alternative options. Aside from that the usual legumes and nuts and veggies.

    Vegan bodybuilder. What are your concerns about protein sources? There are many options available to you, but really it's all about fitting it into your current macros.

    How much protein are you eating currently? What are your goals? What sources do you currently eat?

    I put lentils on just about everything. They are cheap and easy to cook. Add them to your salads, soups, or as a side. The pack a ton of protein.
