Hello

Hello, everyone!

I am 26 and have always struggled with my weight. I recently found that I am back up to my heaviest weight ever after losing 20+ pounds. I'm constantly tired, my migraines are returning, my body hurts all the time, my digestive system is out of whack, and I just found out some if not most of my pain is from arthritis...at 26! I'm in desperate need of a do-over. So I have hired a personal trainer once a week to help keep me on track. I have a total of 130 pounds to lose. With a little help, maybe I can finally do this and be the person I want to be. I would love to get to know some of you. Please send me a message or friend request. :-)

    You can do this. Break it down into smaller goals and it will seem more manageable. It helped me lose over 100 lbs. Add me and I'll cheer you on!
