Motivation

Hi everyone! I'm a 18 year old high school student looking to lose weight. I've been struggling with dieting on and off for over a year now and always find myself falling back into the binging and calorie restricting cycle. I'm just looking for some motivation and support to help me get to my goals of dropping about 15 lbs. Feel free to add me, I'd love to make some friends!

    I myself have always found myself to get back to my horrible habits, But no matter what I never gave up and continue to jump back into it, even though it would last a week. What I'm saying here no matter what don't give up and try to get back into it. You will eventually start to develop those good habits. That's how it worked out for me, I don't even think about it no more and I just do it.
