Hey y'all! My name is Elizabeth and I'm from Mississippi. I've always been somewhat healthy but this past year i've been very goal oriented. I'm down 25 lbs since last winter and hoping to lose more. I love running, lifting and encouraging others. Good luck on your journeys and add me for support!!
