Need a new program: Fe Fit or Kettlebell Kickboxing?

Title basically says it all. I have tried buying different dvd's and trying my own schedule, but truth is, I fail at being a self starter. Just tell me what to do and I'm golden. For that reason, I am really looking for a program that's already laid out for me. I have spent countless hours researching different workouts and have whittled away my options down to these two.
Anyone have experience with either (or both!) of these programs?

I dot have experience with either of those.
But I do kick boxing so I'll vote for that one.0 -
I have tried both. Each have their own strengths. I like how Fe Fit mixes it up by using different types and focuses of what to work on that day and its never the same throughout the 90 day calendar.
And Kettlebell uses both kettlebell swing style moves with some kickboxing, so its a nice mix of the two disciplines.
In terms of what is a bit harder, maybe the kettlebell. So there might be more gains there.
But both have great rotation calendar's laid out, so whichever you feel like, im sure youll be fine. Just keep accountable and press play and take the rests when you need it. Go at your pace into it.0 -
As a kickboxing instructor, I personally wouldn't mix kettlebell strength movements with kickboxing. Body weight, sure plyos, sure. But that's just me. It'd be different IMO, if they focused on strength first, then finished with kickboxing.
As for burning 1000 calories, that's a pretty high estimate. Many athletic swimmers don't burn 1000 calories in an hour and the cardio needed for that seems more intense than this program.
Don't know anything about Fe Fit.

so helpful to have someone who has done both. I think I might just get both, but probably do fe fit first. I still have some fat to lose before I truly focus on all the gainz lol
