When I've maxed out daily carbs and protein and the cheese any suggestions for increasing the fat?

    you don't HAVE to hit your fat goal perfectly. Keep your carbs at your chosen level and eat fat to satiety.
    I'm not sure if this is you, but I know some low carbers start downing coconut oil and globs of butter etc when they're not even hungry just to meet some arbitrary fat goal.

    coconut oil
    butter
    heavy whipping cream
    Bacon

    All are high fat and no/low carbs.

    Walnut /almonds /olive oil/salmon are my healthy fats

    Macadamia nuts & oil, coconut oil, KerryGold butter.

    Low-ish carb nuts include almonds and macadamias.

    Plans your days by eating chicken thighs, pork chops, hummus, sausage.
    Also full fat salad dressing, mayo, milk.
    Coconut oil by the tablespoon works.

    different protein sources ? if weight loss is the goal no need to add recreational fat to hit a number.
