Any suggestions

So I'm not new to Myfitnesspal but I'm going to try and put more effort into this journey Ive lost 61 pounds and that's putting me at 159 when I was 220 I have been working out very rarely and ive been trying the Waste training thing but is anyone out there trying something that may help a little anything would be great to hear about I just want to be satisfied with my size...Thank you in advance and also most importantly good luck with your journey if your doing it of course!!
