I started with this new program last Thursday. I had done WW but hit a plateau. I decided to do some research and found this app. I love that it tracks not only calories but nutritional values. I had no idea how many carbs and sugars I was taking in because I snacked on fruit. I have switched to low fat cheese, hard boiled eggs and veggies for my snacking and now my nutritional balance is getting more balanced. I have lost 4 pounds already. Of course, that is mostly water weight but it still makes me happy! Any suggestions or advice?

    Hi there what program is it? When i hit a plateau i switched my diet to paleo and lost 20lbs this year

    By program, I mean I am using the MFP program. I am very limited in the exercise I can do because of an accident 6 years ago that led to 4 surgeries over 5 years.
