I'm craving an energy drink. If I have one that's zero calories will I gain weight? I know it's probably bad for me in some other way but I want one.

How do you gain weight from 0 calories? Well unless you're retaining water and counting that as "real" weight.

I mean, you just pop the tab and drink it, right? Like it's not that hard?

I think he means where does the 'energy' come from

what with it being 0 calorie

a stimulant (caffeine) is not 'energy' per se

    Have one.

Beware of potential health risks associated with energy drinks which are well documented.

You might want tI take a look and determine the root cause why you "need" an energy drink.

If you're concerned enough to post about the possibility of gaining weight from drinking a zero calorie drink, there may be bigger issues at hand.
