    It depends on the brand. Shop around. I like Whole Foods brand. I stopped consuming sweetened products, so the plain ff yogurt tastes pretty good to me.

    Target sells a brand called Noosa that I believe is full fat.

    To make it more edible (the nonfat, no flavor version) I add 1-2 packets of splenda and that does the job.

    I have found success adding some frozen berries to it. Really, some brands are better than others. Look at your organic or whole foods store.
