I have found that most cookie recipes that do not have a ton of flour work well with gluten-free flour of any kind. A store bought mix or a comination of almond and rice flour are good. Here is one of my favorites:

I used the GF all purpose flour mix in a regular sugar cookie recipe with success before. You just have to make sure the kind you buy is for substituting 1:1 for regular flour.0

Bob's Red Mill makes a gluten free all purpose flour mix that I've substituted in several recipes with great success!0
