Can IV fluids make you gain weight?

Hey everyone I was in the hospital last night & they gave me Atleast a liter of water in my IV. I've been losing about a pound a day for the last three days & tracking all my food. When I weighed myself this morning I gained back a pound. I know it's not much, but I'm trying to figure out if I need to change anything I ate the prior day. Is it possible the IV is why I gained the pound?
Thanks
Thanks

Yes. A lb variance isn't a big deal.0

Yes, it's normal. Also, day to day your weight will change. There will be times you will go up, weight loss isn't linear.0

A liter of water is 2.2 pounds. Of course injecting that much liquid into your system will change your weight.0
