New to My Fitness Pal and I also CROSSFIT. Any tips and would be welcome :)

    Tips -

    1. Log everything.
    2. Measure things - weighing is better than volume measurements.
    3. Make sure you're protein is set properly - MFP way understimates it (IMHO) if you are at all active.
    4. If you let MFP set your goal, realize it expects you to eat back your exercise calories, so do that.
    5. Don't enter exercise calories that you think are inflated. Enter what you really thing you burned and then eat all of those.
    6. Don't refer to this as a diet.
    7. Don't call certain foods junk food - it's all choices, some are better than others.
    8. Have fun and don't sweat the small stuff.

    From an MFPer who hit his goal earlier this year, eats lots of calories now and is maintaining, and CrossFits 5-6 days a week.
