in Goal: Gaining Weight and Body Building
I am new to here. I had my gallbladder removed 2 months ago. But before I was weighing 130 . I am eating the same but now stay constipated and have gained 40 lbs please if anyone can help me

    Agreed. Speak to your doctor first especially if having stomach issues.

    I had my gallbladder removed in 30th march this year. I also did gain some weight about 5-7 kg and had abdominal cramps following the surgery. Never had it diagnosed but just assumed it was because of what i was eating. Now am managing to gradually lose weight and also have very little to no stomach pains because eating low fat diet, fibre rich with plenty water and exercise.
