Trying to lose stomach fat

most of my weight is collected on my stomach area I've lost some weight but I still would like to lose some more stomach weight what're your best tips on how you get a flat tummy?

    Eat in a calorie deficit. You can't choose where the fat comes off, it's just a genetics thing where the gut is often the last place to lose fat from.

    I lost weight on all the places I didn't need to lose weight from before my stomach started going down.
    Very frustrating, but if you stick with it your tummy will eventually follow suit :smile:

    Keep doing what you're doing and have patience! :]

    I too carried a lot of my 'fat' on my stomach. Eventually I got to a healthy weight but the fat on my stomach was still very much there. I started eating at maintenance and looked into a progressive lifting routine and I've noticed my tummy disappearing little by little.

    I have the same issue and reading this post made me feel a bit better. I always lose belly fat last and what's more irritating is that my thighs lose first. So I look very disproportionate. Anyway, I'm trying to enjoy the fact that at least now I have nice thighs and two months ago I didn't have anything I would call nice.
