Getting fit after c section!

I'm Tamra and I had a beautiful baby girl on August 1st. Unfortunately it ended in an emergency c section. I still can't do crunches or sit ups or run for long before my incision starts to hurt. Doc said that could be normal for up to 6 months though!
Anyway, I'm trying to lose about 40 pounds and get stronger and healthier so I can be around for a long time for my kiddo. Send me a friend request! I really only use mfp for calorie counting, not for exercise.
