    I disagree with that at least for myself. I can eat peanuts, just not tree nuts. Peanuts are indeed legumes whereas tree nuts are grown on trees.

    Cheese & ham/turkey/roast beef rollups, crudités eaten on the way to work if you are rushed. An apple cut up with sunflower butter/peanut butter on the wedges. A piece of pizza from last night, lol (my favorite :) ) Cold quinoa Greek salad (precooked quinoa with Greek salad ingredients mixed in it and a good drizzle of dressing) - anything you had for dinner last night - I love a plain cold burger patty in the morning dipped in guacamole.

    Me, too. I got hives from almonds but peanuts were fine.
