IIFYM calculator question

I haven't visited the IIFYM calculator site in awhile but did today and noticed that the calculator has changed a bit. It now has you enter the number of days per week that you exercise. Then it asks how many minutes you exercise per day. Are you supposed to put the number of minutes per day on exercise days or when averaged over the week? For example, if I exercise 75 minutes 4 days a week do I enter 75 or do I answer 42 (75*4/7)?

logically it has to be the minutes per day on the days you exercise, otherwise the number of days would be redundant.0

yeah, if you fix the minutes per day slider and wave the days per week slider around the calories change.0
