I need to lose about 133, before starting the app I lost six pounds in 2 weeks and it was exactly what I needed to keep going.... before I had an all or nothing approach and when I messed up and ate something unhealthy I just have up.... but I finally realized I was starving my self trying to get fast results.... but now I'm trying to eat a balanced diet but sometimes it's hard because I don't want to back slide, but I know I'm not getting enough nutrients to lose weight for an extended amount of time.... I guess my problem is that I LOVE and HATE food!!!!
