Looking for new MFP friends so we can inspire, encourage and cheer each other on!

Hi, I'm Dana and am new to MFP. Just starting and trying to get used to "writing everything down" which has never been one of my strong points, and also interested to see what others are doing to overcome the food monster. I tend to eat when I am stressed, so appreciate anything others are doing to avoid that and how they are making it fun.

    I just started up again after being inactive on MFP (and doing WW) for a while. So glad to be back on track with MF--it works well for me. I have about 70 pounds to lose. Feel free to add me, if you like.
