I would love to join a challenge but then when I was unable to find one I thought I would Start and organize a challenge. My dilemma, I am looking for the Excel spreadsheet that you plug the progress info in for the members of the challenge to post each week.

I do not know how to "build" the excel sheet. Does anybody have one???

Any help would be great. Challenges are great for motivation and support, I would love to start and moderate one
