Hi there. So is this a step counter? 3rd party review say yes, I have a friend who works near me who is unable to confirm or deny it as a step counter. I see that MFP links to their site that sells them, but it don't seem to linkup to MFP for calorie calculations.

Your thoughts and actual experiences are very welcome.

    It is not a step counter. It doesn't count steps at all. It is meant to detect activity and encourage reaching a goal of a certain number of active minutes in a day.
