eating too less?

so usually ive been having 700-900 left over calories.
is it hurting me to have left over calories even if im not hungry?

    Pros:
    Faster weight loss
    Spend less money on food
    Spend less time cooking
    Spend less time eating

    Cons:
    Greater [chance of] loss of muscle
    Decreased nutrition
    Larger decrease in TDEE (adaptive thermogenesis and/or lower BMR due to decreased muscle tissue)
    Increase likelihood of bingeing
    Decreased energy
    Symptoms related to malnutrition

    my calorie goal is 1670 and im usually eating around 900-1000ishh calories.
    is that bad?
    what should i eat to help it?

    Your fat is very low and your protein is fairly low as well. You should aim for .35g fat per pound of body weight and .8-1g protein per pound of lean body mass. I would recommend more fatty meats, full fat dairy, nuts/nut butters, seeds, and other high fat/high protein foods.

    ^Listen to her. You're not doing yourself any favors by under eating. Any rapid weight loss you experience is in part due to muscle loss as mentioned. Eat at your caloric goal, make sure you get enough fat and protein especially.
