How to incorporate tracker app to myfitnesspal?

There are all these APPS which I may have just assumed could be interconnected with myfitnesspal home but I don't see any way to connect MISFIT FLASH to be fed into my daily progresses. Is there or is the APPS tab just a marketing device?

In order for an app to be able to connect to MFP, the developers of that app have to add the fuctionality, if they haven't, there is nothing MFP can do. That said, there are some workarounds to force these two to work together, but they are very janky and unreliable based on this thread:
