Hi all! I'm hoping to learn some tricks to make logging easier. I've just had a baby so things are a little... busy. He's a month old so I'm not ready to restrict calories yet, but want to get in the habit of logging. Please share any time-saving tips you might have! Thank you! :flowerforyou:

If there's anything you eat every single day, then put all those things together and save them as a meal, then it makes it easier to add them everyday. For example, every day without fail, I consume 4 fish oil capsules, 2 multivitamins, an apple, a banana, and an orange. I saved all these in a meal and I just add them every day.0
