I Am Officially At A Healthy Weight

58 year old male, 5' 9", 168 lbs. so I am officially at the top end of my healthy weight range now.
I still want to get to 150 lbs. because that's about right in the middle (128 to 169).
It took almost a year but I made it, and if I can do it, anybody can do it.

Congratulations! Isn't it a good feeling to be trying to drop a few more pounds just because you want to and no longer because your health demands it?0

Great job! Yay! I look forward to the day I get there myself. Woot woot!0

Excellent work on your part. What a great feeling that must be. I'm about 10 pounds away from entering the "healthy weight" range also and looking forward to the day I leave the "overweight" category behind. Yay you!0

Congrats!!! I'm about 20lbs away from being in the top end of healthy, but I just started (or maybe, I started in August/September but have been doing a lot of things wrong...).
But anyways, good luck in the rest of your fitness journey!0 -

Thanks everyone. I was in the obese range when I started (225+ lbs.), and I still have another 18 lbs. to go, so I figure another 3 to 4 months. I gave myself a year to lose 50 lbs., and I lost 57 lbs. in a little less than that.
I know you all can do it too. You just have to stick with it and take it slow the way nature happens.
Thanks again...0 -
